I would propose you to start the reception from a dinner served to the tables and organize the buffet afterwards. As for the dishes – surely there have to be cold and hot snacks. Moreover a sweet buffet with cakes in small portions and fruit, buffet with beverages (coffee, tea, still and sparkling cold drinks), and a bar with alcohol. If you have the chance to go outdoors (garden, terrace), you could also organize a grill buffet. |
