AMP Agency (hereafter referred to as AMP) hereby declares that all photographs presented on this site come form events organized by AMP and AMP has the right to publish them. AMP also declares to be the author of every text, article (if not stated otherwise), description and form presented on the site.

In consequence of repeatable use of some of the elements of the site found under the address http://www.agencja-amp.pl, AMP hereby declares that according to Polish Copyright Act (Ustawa o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych) of 4 Feb. 1994, copying authorial ideas and solutions, re-publishing and redistributing photographs or graphics derived from the site and also fragments of the site, texts, articles, descriptions and forms for commercial purposes without the author's permission is forbidden and regarded as violation of the copyrights, and is liable to punishment specified in the Polish Penal Code.
