My fiancé and I are planning to get married in church next year. Unfortunately I haven’t been confirmed yet. Can these two things reconcile? If not, I would like to know what are the procedures concerning confirmation.
I see two ways of solving your problem:
- a church wedding with you as the non-Catholic side,
- getting confirmed before the wedding.

In the Wroc³aw Archdiocese confirmations are held in St. John the Baptist's Cathedral, every first Monday of the month at 5PM. You have to check in an hour earlier with documents (Certificate of Baptism and a certificate of preparations to the confirmation issued by your local parish). The confirmed person must be accompanied by a witness.

Depending on the diocese of confirmation and parish where you undergo the preparations, the list of documents and procedures of attaining the certificate of preparations may vary. For example you may need to provide your last school report with a mark from religious education. The process of preparations may take the form of catechization, conversations with the priest etc., and be followed by some kind of an exam.
Therefore I would propose that you gain specific information at your local parish.
